Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of innovabase.online. They are deliberately short, and they do not attempt to take away rights you have under Australian law.

2. What the site is for

Innovabase publishes general information about problems that occur with online games and what can be done about them. It is informational only. It is not professional advice of any kind, and specifically it is not legal advice, financial advice, security advice for your particular circumstances, or advice about a specific child.

Where a matter turns on your legal rights, your money or a child's safety, the Australian bodies referred to throughout this site — among them the ACCC, the eSafety Commissioner, Scamwatch, the Australian Cyber Security Centre and the OAIC — should be preferred over anything written here, and professional advice should be obtained where it is warranted.

3. Accuracy and change

Pages are written carefully and reviewed periodically, and the date of the most recent review appears in the footer of every page. Even so, software, support processes, prices and product features change frequently, and information that was accurate when written may not be accurate when you read it. Details about any product should be confirmed on that product's own website before you rely on them.

We correct errors when we learn of them. If you find one, tell us.

4. Links to other sites

This site links to sites operated by other organisations, including government bodies and the vendor of the game covered here. Those sites are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their availability, their policies or anything you obtain from them, and a link is not an endorsement. Once you follow a link, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Some links on this site are paid affiliate links. They are identified as such wherever they appear, and the arrangement is explained in full on the affiliate disclosure page.

5. Trade marks and other people's property

Product names, company names, logos and trade marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the products discussed. Innovabase is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them. If you hold rights in something described here and consider it described inaccurately, write to info@innovabase.online and we will look at it.

The text and design of this site are the property of Navigorex Group s.r.o. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal use. Republishing the content commercially requires our permission.

6. Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to the server, or use automated means to place an unreasonable load on it. There is nothing here to sign into and nothing to buy, so there is not much else to say about acceptable use.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information published here, including where a troubleshooting step does not resolve your problem.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a guarantee applies and cannot be excluded, and where the law permits us to limit our liability for failing to comply with it, our liability is limited to supplying the relevant services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission publishes information about consumer guarantees and what they cover.

8. Availability

We do not promise that the site will be available at all times or free of interruption. Pages may be changed, moved or removed without notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Navigorex Group s.r.o. is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, and nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing a matter to an Australian regulator or consumer body.

10. Changes to these terms

Revised terms are published on this page with a new effective date. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site.
